M2H - What Direction has your Career taken?

Roberta - I'm currently a customer service rep for a large insurance company in their group dental department. I am responsible for setting up the administrative aspects on new cases sold by our agents as well as handling changes, terminations and bill reconciliations on our current groups as well as fielding calls and assisting our customers questions and concerns on our incoming customer service phone lines.

M2H - How did your previous jobs help you get where you are today?

Roberta - All of my career I've been in the customer service field in one aspect or another. I think each job in its on way has helped me to be the person I am today. By dealing with the public for some 12 years now I have gained a healthy respect for the variety of people who call this planet theirs. I know that everyone is a person and deserves respect and courtesy no matter what size, race or religion they are. The tools I've learned in my career have carried over into my personal life and help me to deal with people I meet in person.

M2H - Favorite saying or slogan?

Roberta - (Laughing) I have 3 actually:

"Life is short, live it to the fullest cause you only get one chance here on earth and who wants to spend that one life worrying about your weight?"

"Accepting yourself and living in the moment will increase your opportunities for experiencing true joy."

"And my personal fave although I'm sure it's terribly politically incorrect, .
"No matter how bad my life may seem, at least it's not Anna Nicole Smith's"
