Underwear Therapy For Men

was recently reminded by a special gentleman in my life that men like underwear with color and style, not just a drawer full of ‘tightie whities’.  And as a woman, I will admit to enjoying very much the sight of sexy underwear on my man!  So guys, read on. 

 In recent years, there has been a boom in the available styles of men’s underwear.  Instead of choosing the same boring white brief style that mom bought when you were a kid, men are now able choose from a vast array of styles and colors to suit every taste! 

 For the less adventurous gentleman, the standard brief is still available but now, it also comes in ribbed and knit fabrics.  These newer briefs come in most popular colors:  red, blue, navy, grey, black, burgundy, etc. Manufactures are experimenting with wider waistbands to prevent sliding and drooping.  There is a mid length style known as “boxer briefs” which go half way to the knee.  Many men find these very comfortable and attractive, as do women!   

Even the old style boxers have undergone a change.   Gone are the billowy, box-style boxers of slapstick comedy.  Today boxers are attractive choices for all body types and even for both sexes!  Boxers come in silk, knit, cotton and even flannel.  Silk feels absolutely wonderful against the skin and many men especially enjoy wearing them when dressing up.  The athletic cut has a fit that is more form fitting and very attractive to the ladies.  Flannel can add extra warmth as well as style.

 Wintertime thermal underwear now comes in a variety of colors as well which provides the added benefit of not showing all the signs of work and dirt that were so obvious on the older white style.   Romantic types may even choose a matching color for their significant other.   Picture you and your sweetie lounging in front of the fire in matching red!

 For those more daring, there is the sexy low cut, bikini style and even pouch style underwear.  In some of the ‘adult’ stores or stores which carry dancer fashions, men’s gear can be found in every imaginable color and fabric.

 Undershirts have not escaped the eye of the designers.  Basic T-style undershirts come in a wide range of colors and styles.  Tank and muscle shirts are also available in a variety of neck styles  and arm treatments.  Fabrics are also varied, ranging from stretch fabrics to silky finishes to the comfy cottons everyone is used to.

 While you should ultimately dress for yourself and your own enjoyment and comfort, the lady in your life will surely appreciate an update of your more personal wardrobe.  Women realize that men like to see them in a variety of colors and styles of intimate wear.  Perhaps now is the time for men to treat the ladies to the same variety!

 Gentlemen, take advantage of these new styles and colors!!  Treat yourself to something new and expand your horizons.  It will certainly give a boost to your morning when you put on those sexy silk boxers or feel good boxer briefs and it may even help your mood as the day goes on.  If you prefer your standard white briefs for daytime wear, consider a new color or style for your next date or evening out.  You might just be surprised at what happens!
